Soriya Estes, AuD has over 10 years of practice in the field of Audiology. Dr. Estes is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas - Austin and also serves as the national Chairperson for the Business Enhancement Strategies and Techniques Committee for the American Academy of Audiology. This committee assists private practitioners through the United States in building professional and clinical based practices. In 2005, Dr. Estes started her first office with the philosophy of providing superior hearing healthcare services for all patients. Whether a patient, employee or co-worker, the philosophy of service to others resonates throughout Dr. Estes' character; she is tireless in her efforts to rehabilitate hearing loss and provide education about hearing loss and hearing protection to the community. |

Kelli House, M.A. has practiced in the field of Audiology for over ten years. Mrs. House has experience in both pediatric and adult counseling and diagnostic testing. Prior to joining Estes Audiology in May of 2008, she was Director of Audiology at Easter Seals of Central Texas where she served as lead Audiologist for the non-profit organization. Through this work she gained knowledge of grant writing, coordination of ancillary rehabilitation support and providing hearing services to low-income and elderly patients. Mrs. House also has extensive experience in adult aural rehabilitation and hearing aid services for our veterans. She previously worked at Brooke Army Medical Center and the Temple Veterans Administration Audiology Departments working directly with active duty soldiers and retired veterans. Mrs. House is very involved in local and regional professional organizations, including the Austin Audiology Society, Scott Haug Foundation and the Texas Academy of Audiology. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology and serves as an off-campus clinical supervisor for the University of Texas-Austin Audiology doctoral program. Kelli and her family enjoy camping, cycling and other outdoor activities. Kelli has taken on amateur photography and photo editing as her past-time hobby. |

Shelley Smith, AuD, has enjoyed working with patients at Estes Audiology since 2008. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. While at the University of Texas, Shelley conducted research surveys analyzing newly FDA-approved hearing devices throughout the US. Dr. Smith has enjoyed a wide range of patient experiences to date including patients from the Veteran’s Administration, serving as the contract Audiologist for Comal ISD and working with Austin-area musicians to provide hearing conservation. Dr. Smith also takes special interest in hearing aid customer satisfaction, pediatric amplication and study of tinnitus management. Professionally, Dr. Smith maintains her membership with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Smith enjoys serving the community of New Braunfels. She also has a great interest in and passion for hearing protection for hunters and musicians. Being from Louisiana, Shelley enjoys all things culinary and musical. She also spends free time relaxing outdoors with her husband, Dan, their son, Thomas and their dog, Blaze. Education:

Mandi Chambless, AuD, is the Lead Audiologist at Estes Audiology – Georgetown. Dr. Chambless' professional background includes working in clinical settings with Ear, Nose & Throat physicians before most recently holding the position of US Regional Trainer and Consumer Outreach Specialist for Resound, a global hearing aid manufacturer. Dr. Chambless has served as an adjunct professor for Undergraduate Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of North Texas. She also has extensive experience in private practice settings both clinically and in her experience with Resound. Dr. Chambless maintains professional membership with the American Academy of Audiology and the Texas Academy of Audiology. Personally, Mandi enjoys yoga, running and any outdoor activities, spending time friends and playing with her English Bulldog, Brodie. She is excited to be a part of the Georgetown and Sun City communities. |

Phallon Doss, AuD, is the Lead Audiologist at Estes Audiology-Boerne. Dr. Doss graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Woman’s University, and while receiving her doctorate at the University of North Texas, received the prestigious honor of the outstanding Doctoral Student Award in Audiology. Dr. Doss also conducted several research projects for national hearing aid manufacturers during her graduate course work, and performed clinical beta testing of new hearing aids. While Dr. Doss enjoys working with all clinical populations, she has a special interest in the evaluation and programming of cochlear implants, and serves as the cochlear implant specialist at Estes Audiology. During her graduate coursework, Dr. Doss interned at the Dallas Ear Institute, receiving extensive training in cochlear implant evaluations and programming. She has also received training in electrophysiology and vestibular assessment from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Doss also enjoys the challenges of medical audiology and is excited about the partnership between Estes Audiology and the Texas Sinus Center. Dr. Doss is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.She and her husband are natives of San Antonio and enjoy the company of their family and friends in their spare time. |

DeAnna Smith joined Estes Audiology in September 2007 as Practice Manager. She is a Certified Medical Office Manager and brings with her over 30 years of experience in medical billing and patient financial services. She believes in providing excellent customer service, and she will cheerfully help you understand your insurance benefits and discuss your account. She and her husband, Bob, have enjoyed living in New Braunfels since 2002. They enjoy time with friends, being members of the Elks and enjoying their seven grandchildren. |

Keri Fryer joined Estes Audiology in June 2008. She brings with her over 8 years of office and customer service experience. Keri currently has her Associates Degree in Business Management and is very eager to learn new ways of improving herself. She enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis and believes in great customer service. Being the Patient Care Coordinator, means that she is happily ready to serve you as a patient. She and her husband Thomas currently reside in New Braunfels, TX. In their spare time they enjoy time with their niece and nephew, love going out dancing, vacations and enjoy water sport activities. |

Cathy Edison is the Marketing Coordinator at Estes Audiology. Cathy has over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience as well as extensive experience in other medical fields and marketing. She is originally from South Texas, but moved to Central Texas from the Dallas area over 10 years ago and can’t imagine ever leaving. During her time as Patient Care Coordinator at Estes Audiology, Cathy has built great relationships with patients and many other members of the Georgetown community. Our resident musician, Cathy plays bass, flute and piano. She has a love of movies, books and an affinity for comedic television and writes reviews for a national entertainment website in her spare time. Cathy lives in Round Rock with her husband, Tony, a firefighter for the City of Belton, daughter Lili, new baby Gavin and 2 rotten dogs, Murdock and Clover and loves spending quality time with her family. |

Laurie Coggins joined Estes Audiology in July 2011 as Insurance Coordinator. She has over 10yrs of customer service and administrative experience. She grew up in Seguin and currently resides there with her 17yr old son Chance and spoiled dachshund Diva. Laurie enjoys the outdoors, traveling, baking and spending time with her family and friends. She recently took up running and plans to enter several local runs and complete her first full marathon in the Fall of 2012! |

She received her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Texas at Austin, and plans to pursue her AuD. Caitlin enjoys going on road trips, watching quirky movies, and eating the delicious meals her boyfriend makes. She currently lives in central Austin. |
