I am also very pleased with the "service after the sale." In my line of work I wear a hard hat, am around a lot of noise and dust and perspire so my hearing aids need cleaning and adjusting often. I have been a sufferer of tinnitus for many many years, to the point I had just accepted it. I started doing some research about it on the net Soriya's name came up as a solutions person.

The hearing test indicated I had major hearing loss in both ears. She prescribed a solution for me, a hearing aid. Soriya changed my life. She has my highest recommendation. She has fine tuned my hearing device to the point where I can hear things I never heard before. Everything sounds different now and I can actually participate in conversations now where before I just smiled and said oh yes. The hearing aid also offsets the tinnitus, because now I can hear other things in that range.

I am happily fitted with great hearing aids that do the trick. Sometimes it takes a little while to be done properly. That is exactly why you need the best qualified Audiologists available. This requires many years of education and training in this field.

Even though many other companies advertise much cheaper aids and try to tell you how quickly you will hear perfectly well. Cheap hearing aids are just that, cheap! You get what you pay for.

Prior to meeting Soriya, my hearing experience was very different. I can assure you that the technical knowledge and competence of the audiologist will make or break the quality of the patient aid hearing experience. Technology is wonderful but without the knowledge and expertise to understand the challenges and frustrations of hearing loss, no hearing aid will perform optimally especially in a diversity of hearing environments such as crowded restaurants, sporting events, and day to day conversation.

The service was and continues to be undeniably AWESOME! Throughout college years and then career years, I compensated well.
