Our Team Members of our professional staff have met state and national requirements and attained the highest level of preparation for hearing health care service delivery. Our patients can be confident that our professionals are qualified to administer comprehensive hearing health care services.  Soriya M. Estes M.A., F-AAA Location: Estes Audiology, P.A. Soriya Estes is the owner and director of Estes Audiology Hearing Centers. She received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. Soriya serves as an outside faculty member at the University of Texas-Austin where she is an instructor for the doctoral program in Audiology in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Instructed courses include Amplification Systems in Aural Rehabilitation and Advanced Amplification Systems. Soriya has extensive clinical experience that has served the Central Texas community since 1999. This experience, as well as knowledge obtained while working for a leading global hearing aid manufacturer, has enabled her to dedicate her efforts to help the communities of Central Texas with superior hearing healthcare. She is licensed with the State of Texas in Audiology and is a member of the following organizations: She served on the Board of Directors for the Scott Haug Audiology Foundation for 2006-2007 and is chairperson of the American Academy of Audiology BEST Professional Development sub-committee. Personally, Soriya and her husband, Brian enjoy internationally traveling, spending lots of time with their two daughters and wine tasting in the Texas Hill Country.  Andrea Nava Au D. Location: Estes Audiology Hearing Center, New Braunfels Dr. Nava received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Doctorate of Audiology degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Special areas of interest include adult and pediatric diagnostic assessment, educational audiology, and fitting of digital amplification. Dr. Nava’s professional affiliations include certification by the American Speech Language-Hearing Association, membership with the American Academy of Audiology, and membership with the Scott Haug Foundation. She and her husband, T.J. live in New Braunfels and enjoy fine dining, good wine, and is in love with Flight of the Conchords.  Suzette Fields M.S., F-AAA Location: Legacy Hills Hearing Center, Sun City, Georgetown Suzette is the managing audiologist for Legacy Hills Hearing Center. She has over twenty years of experience as a licensed audiologist. Her professional background includes managing an audiology department for a rehabilitation center, working as a regional trainer/supervisor and eventually a national speaker for a leading hearing aid manufacturer, and working in a local medical clinic setting. Suzette received her Masters of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelors of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University. She maintains professional membership with the American Academy of Audiology, the Texas Academy of Audiology and the Austin Audiology Society. In her spare time she enjoys date nights with husband, Brent, lots of playtime with three-year old son, Mason and getting together with her parents and two siblings for family birthday parties. She volunteers locally for R.O.C.K. and attends First United Methodist Church in Georgetown. .jpg) DeAnna Smith Practice Manager Location: Estes Audiology, P.A. DeAnna Smith joined Estes Audiology in September 2007 as Practice Manager. She is a Certified Medical Office Manager and brings with her over 30 years of experience in medical billing and patient financial services. She believes in providing excellent customer service, and she will cheerfully help you understand your insurance benefits and discuss your account. She and her husband, Bob, have enjoyed living in New Braunfels for the past six years. They enjoy time with friends, being members of the Elks and enjoying their six grandchildren.  Velma Holm Patient Care Coordinator Location: Estes Audiology Hearing Center Velma Holm has been with Estes Audiology since November 2005. She assists patients with scheduling, questions regarding hearing aids and is our front line for overall patient assistance. She and her husband, Buddy, live in Seguin and enjoy time volunteering in their church and with their two grandsons. |
